1. Booking requests

Submitting a form does not create a confirmed booking or reserve capacity. A booking is confirmed only when Glen Lyon has accepted the dates and itinerary in writing and any required payment has cleared.

2. Prices and inclusions

Prices shown online are in South African rand and apply only to the inclusions stated for that option. Transport, accommodation, bike or equipment hire, permits and meals are excluded unless the written itinerary expressly includes them.

3. Safety and suitability

Guests must give accurate information about experience, health, age and equipment. Glen Lyon may change a route, delay a start or cancel an activity where weather, trail conditions, equipment, access or a guest's conduct makes the planned activity unsafe.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests must follow the guide's instructions, use required protective equipment, respect private land and heritage sites, and avoid conduct that puts people, animals, property or the environment at risk.

5. Cancellations and changes

The cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms that apply to a booking will be supplied with the itinerary before payment. Those written booking terms take precedence over general website copy.

6. Website information

We try to keep activity, price and access information current. Mountain operations are weather- and capacity-dependent, so online information may change before a booking is accepted.
